Add a parameter option to the read API to specify how many results to return.
e.g. https://dev.bio.tools/api/tool?q=query_string&sort=score&page=3&per_page=25

@ekry @hansioan : was this done? there was a recent request to "retrieve all" results which is related to this. I'd like to close this issue.
