Adding Support for DCS-6010L #7
Comments
You can try installing it using the DCS-5222L device type and see if it works. I don't have any API documentation for that model so I'm not sure what the commands are. |
It doesn't seem to work using the DCS-5222L, if I could get hold of the API from Dlink would that help? (I have no idea if they give those out). By the way i also have a DSC-5020L and i've set it up with the local IP address for Camera IP on Port 80 and the local IP address under Video IP on Port 554 but whenever I access the camera under "My Home" -> "Things" it always says "Camera Unavailable". I'm pretty sure it's connected to the camera though because when I click on the preset position the camera does move. So commands are going through, just no video. Am I doing something wrong on it? |
Video port for the DCS-5020L is 80 by default because it doesn't support rtsp streaming. What I would need is a list of available REST commands for the camera. They generally don't hand that stuff out. I only found it for older cameras on some obscure websites. |
Hello, Is there a way to use one of these cameras to control IP WebCam on android? |
Hi, Sorry but I did not see anyway to make comments elsewhere. Still new at this. Is it possible to add support for the DCS-6010L camera? Thanks.
