Add support for batch processing multiple sub-regions per frame

Taking advantage of batch processing capabilities in single frames would allow for evaluating multiple sub-regions in a single image with the same model, e.g. for high-throughput pose estimation, or evaluating multiple cropped regions during multi-animal tracking.
