Mouse middle-click on bookmark folders has no effect anymore

Description

Prior to this version of Brave you could middle-mouse-button (scroll wheel-) click on a folder in the bookmarks and it would open all links in that folder in new tabs

Steps to reproduce

1. middle-mouse-button (scroll wheel-) click on a folder in the bookmarks

Actual result

Nothing happens.

Expected result

All links in that folder should open in new background tabs.

It works on root folders, but no longer on subfolders as it used to.
