Direct web links to notes stored on a Nostream relay

would be very handy if nostream relays had functionality where for example going to "wlves.space/e/note_id_goes_here__" would load that particular note on the web.

This way, Damus' new feature allowing a share link to a note could return a link to the first relay it finds that has that functionality, rather than one web service having to shoulder all the traffic of hosting share links.
