Describe the bug
event_delegator and event_deduplication not set by seed script.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run seed script
  2. Open database
  3. See delegated and replaceable events with event_delegator or event_deduplication not set as expected

Expected behavior

  1. Delegated events and replaceable events should have the event_delegator and event_deduplication fields set correctly
