Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Purge deleted and expired events on a schedule.
Add a settings option to toggle and configure the period when this job runs.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Maintenance worker purges deleted and expired events on schedule.
  2. Enable flag and period should be configurable.
