Toggling language on results page doesn't swap translations

The results page include input fields for the user to provide translated text for free-text responses. When the user toggles language at the top, the translations should be swapped as well. Otherwise, you end up with French text in the English field, and vice versa.

The same issue is present when loading JSON (relates to issue #224): if the JSON was created from the English UI, the translations will be in the wrong field if loaded into the French UI
