Research questions:

  • What are the barriers to filling out PDF forms that provide access to government services?
  • ...

Null hypothesis:

Fillable PDF forms, as compared to web forms, are easy to fill out and take little time.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Refine methodology for the null hypothesis with Jeana
  • Identify other opportunities to test the front-end of GC Forms, while preserving the baseline data gathering, or creating a new study / sampling method.
  • Use the Civic tech user research and testing (CURT) tool to recruit end-users who fill out forms to test the research questions.
  • Findings outline the difference between PDFs and GC Forms for:
    • Time
    • Effort
    • Experience
    • Value
