The button isn't noticeable, due to the way the file opens or is provided as a preview by the device.
Additionally, we could add more context to how you can find your file on a mobile device

+1, issue documented in my testing as well.

There's also a light alignment/readability issue here with the columns.

Likely need an additional affordance to show interactive element / clickable to get back to form.
