Cannot download form answers in progress for FR branching form

Description

Get error that answers cannot be downloaded when trying to fill out a form with multiple pages/conditional logic.
I was able to download/save a copy before starting (empty state)
But once I added content it produced an error.

Steps to reproduce

1. On mobile, go to a form such as https://forms-staging.cdssandbox.xyz/fr/id/cm755b9c30001kz0c4rucgpqk
2. Save progress before beginning
3. Answer some questions
4. Try saving progress
