VM scrolling micro freezes

Hey,

I tried tarte for the first time. Awesome work thanks!
I have a fresh tarte setup with sequoia image and run it with:

tart run sequoia-Coding --capture-system-keys

I only installed code and cursor so far. When I scroll, there are micro freezes of less than a second. But they are very annoying as they come every 5-10 sec.
It only happens when I use the trackpad to scoll with the fingers. Mouse scolls fine and also holding the scroll bar and dragging it (even with the touchpad) is working fine.

I am using it the whole day atm and I also had the mouse completely disappearing. I had to resize the window on the host and the mouse curser appeared again.

I am on a MacBook Pro M4 Sequoia 15.3.1.

Happy to provide more inforamtion if you have any idea what it could be or how I can track down the root cause.
