起こっている問題 / The Problem

土日祝日など更新がない日のデータを取り込むと、陽性患者数が0と表示される
データ更新の有無にかかわらず、作成処理当日の日付までグラフ表示用データを作成していたため

期待する見せ方・挙動 / Expected Behavior

データ作成日を基準にするのではなく、01_patients.xlsxの最新報告日までをグラフ表示用データの作成範囲とする

土日などデータ更新がない日のデータを取り込む
