Expanding accordion is very laggy, probably want to use js to set the content of everything to display: none on load, and display: block on clicking (with css still doing animation), this way nothing breaks if js is disabled, it's just slower

I cannot reproduce the performance issue. Verify that it is indeed an issue, and address it with a fix if so.
