Describe the bug
Shell appears and doesn't close when starting Continue server on Windows

To Reproduce
Start Continue

Expected behavior
There should be no opened shell window

Environment

  • Operating System: Windows
  • Continue Version: latest

Looks like this is due to nodejs/node#21825. I want to be sure I can test this before pushing, so will spend some time on that first. Will have fixed by no later than end of day.

This has been solved by using the windowsHide property and not the detached property.
