Connect Home Page Search Bar to Searching Function
Have it search up on All and then display the results as if we are in the application

So this search bar

Needs to have this article suggestions upon text entering:
So in the image below, notice how some suggestions (in this example two) come up.

Minus the navbar + logo + quicklinks (those are already accounted for in the original homepage)
