I have installed DevToys 0.2.1. But, It's not working, there is nothing when I type "& ..." character.

Hi, @davidegiacometti. I am using DevToys Version 2.0-preview.3

The plugin has been developed for DevToys 1.0 and isn't compatible with the new version.
I took a quick look and 2.0 doesn't seem to support the protocol used by 1.0 to directly start a tool.

devtoys:?tool=...

Need to investigate.
