Flashing drop down menu.

Process:
Focus on drop down, select your option then re-click on arrow while still focused and it doesn't drop down, just flashes.

Can also see second issue that it's not updating ?

While you're at it, please check it out on Chrome, since the drop down is infinately long:

Works fine in FxDev, though the down-arrow is missing:
