v4 no longer pushes to Docker Hub #701

The new v4 version doesn't push to Docker Hub like v3 used to do. I originally added support for it in #613, however it has been seemingly removed since.

Is it possible to re-add support for it?

should be there now, the latest tag will not get updated until there is like a 4.0.1 version though (you can just use trunk for now ig)
