Motivation

in #3446 we have introduced permission settings of contact objects in a simplified form: event managers and observers are not allowed to do anything with contact objects, and App-Team users can archive contact objects, although they are not allowed in the first plan (issue description).

Evaluete whether the current permission setting is good enough. Adjust it, if not enough.
