Add a new svg icon data for mobile phone

Motivation

#3473 introduced two new fields for contact: mobile phone number and fax number. While there is already a svg data for the fax icon 📠 , nothing represents a mobile phone. Both "phone number" and "mobile phone number" have the same icon in the contact cards inserted in contents.

Proposed Solution

• Add a new svg data for the icon mobile phone
• Adjust the icon in the contact card template
• Add 'alt' attribute for icon
