Would it be possible to add a feature for some kind of multicast image deployment where the same image is being deployed multiple times? I have some large (e.g. 80GB) images which get deployed to lots of hosts, and even with 10Gb networking between them, it takes a long time to complete (>20mins sometimes).
Thanks

Sure thing, windows-build-agent.main.tf defines a VM (windows_build_agent) with an attached disk (root), which then gets deployed to multiple machines (and sometimes multiple times to the same machine) by build-agents.main.tf, resulting in the root disk image being individually copied to each target (twice in the case of the machines with multiple deployments).
