createReadStream not working with latest Level* stack on sublevel

Yesterday a Level instance stopped working for me and I tracked down the culprit to SubLevel, or to some change that is interfering with sublevel in some way that I am not fully aware of.

I've experienced this aswell, pretty irritating.

Installing level-fix-range at version 1.1.2 fixed it, so the bug is in level-fix-range 1.1.3.
