Terminal Shell integration

Feature Description:

Hi l ! perhaps have you plan to have the Shell integration working with theia-ide ?

I try Roo code extension.

the extension have success to pass commands to the terminal but failed to retrieve the terminal output..
I have try the config settings default but just acces to the SHELL env variable to be able to put another termninal..zsh..bash..and others..changing anything here.

Hey @navr32, we already have an issue to implement the API. See #14169. I'll close this issue in favor of that.
