Steps to reproduce

Hover over the space menu at the top of the room list

Outcome

tooltip

The tooltip feels redundant and not helpful, since it repeats the space name, and there are other visual cues to indicate this is a menu. I would suggest that the tooltip either be made more descriptive (such as "Space options" to match the "Room options" one), or be removed.
