Steps to reproduce

Another user is starting a call in a DM room with me
All my other devices start ringing -- but the Android device is silent.
(Sometimes those notifications arrive very late -- order of minutes late)

Outcome

What did you expect?

As soon as the other party starts the call I get a notification/ringing on my phone

What happened instead?

silence / nothing
