Hey, so tbflemings new testing framework will be named the integration tester. Can we call this the toolchain_tester framework? |

Marked this as ready for review. The only immediately outstanding thing to be done is, if automation needs it, add a more machine readable format for metrics. This can be done easily as a follow on task, since it shouldn't affect much (if any) of the core logic. |
