[Tech Dept] rewrite components with several exports to resolve issues with Next.js Fast Refresh

Issue affects only Next dev mode.

If we make change in code of a component that has only one export from it's file, fast refresh works fine and updates only changed place in the browser.
If changed component's file has several exports, fast refresh will not work properly and full page reload will take place.
