It is currently defaulted to "Everest Experiment", and there is (currently) only one default experiment created per Everest run, which has a default value the user is unable to control. However we should mirror the experiment name somehow, which requires some refactoring. Currently the experiment is initialized within EverestRunModel.run_experiment()
