hey @gedw99 - just to clarify, are you suggesting to run Hono as a host environment which calls wasm plugins? or that you'd like to start a Hono app inside a wasm plugin?

If Hono is the host environment, I think it should already work fine, since Hono runs the same places Extism JS SDK does. E.g. in Node.js, Deno, Cloudflare etc.
