Add double click on rack knobs to access the "Set Value" dialog

It may be nice to be able to access the "Set Value" dialog box by adding the ability to double click on parameter knobs.
This is a common practice used by many programs (for example LMMS) seems like it would work well in Carla.
Feels like this would be a little more convenient way to access as opposed to context menu.
Maybe worth considering
Hopefully others would agree.
