This is related to fedora-infra/anitya#774

To support Fedora modules in the-new-hotness we need to add a few things to the-new-hotness:

  1. Start watching a new distribution Fedora modules
  2. File pull requests instead of attaching patches to Bugzilla #189 will need to be enhanced with modules

As modules are going away in Fedora I'm closing this issue.
