This ticket is in the same vein as #871 but with a different challenge: can we provide a good user experience without fine-grained effect tracking? For example, we could expose most of kyo-core's features with an underlying computation of type A < (Async & Resource & Abort[Throwable]) exposed as a Kyo<A> in Java.
