issue tag percentage exceeding 100%!?

Steps to Reproduce

Context We deployed self-hosted sentry using helm-chart in kubernetes. (Kubernetes v1.29, with runtime containerd://1.7.11) Recently we did a cutover of sentry's backend kafka cluster to a new one. (We stopped relay server and web service so no new topic would be produced. we were sure no duplicate message was published). After the cutover and restarted all stopped producer & consumer, we noticed almost all existing Issues had the tags percentage value exceeding 100% (see attached image). However if we click into the "Discover" view of the issue, tags percentage look ok there.

I'm curious what could be causing this issue? What the difference is for tag percentage calculation between Issue and Discover page? Any pointers would be appreciated!
