Remove HiGlass and React dependencies

Gosling currently depends on HiGlass, and this makes it difficult to maintain the project and add new features. Refer to related issues (e.g., #852, #702, #1111).

We are working on removing HiGlass and React dependencies in https://github.com/gosling-lang/gosling.js/tree/v2.

One of the direct benefits for users will be that they can use any UI framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc)
