Placing the same visualization multiple times with different genomic intervals is a common setting in the genomic visualization/tool.

Currently, one have to duplicately define a set of tracks multiple times with many duplicated specs, except the domain. For example, look into the GIVE example.

How to make one more easily define this kind of settings?
