Vue 3 Support

As an alternative I'm using https://splidejs.com/integration/vue-splide/
I'll use this package again,when they upgrade to vue3.

Considering how many stars this package has and that Vue2 is set for sunsetting very soon this should be a priority.

Could you please at least add a note in the README that the lib doesn't yet work with Vue 3? I just wasted an hour trying to make it work, only to find from one of the issues here on Github that Vue 3 is not supported.

The project seems like its no longer maintained as there is no active commits or branches and last merge was in 2020.
