aregImpute () - skip some entries #112

Hi Professor Harrel

I bet there is an option to skip imputing certain entries (using them as donners only). If so, please advise how does it work.

Will it be an acceptable approach if I impute those entries, but not using them for analysis when I get my pooled results from fit.mult.impute()?
