FITSservlet and FITS projects decoupled

This release of FITSservlet represents a major refactor of the previous version. Redundant FITS project code is no longer contained within this project. Though essential to run this project within a server, all FITS code has been removed. The README file explains how to set up the FITS project for use in conjunction with this project.

If you are interested in simply deploying the FITS servlet to run as a service for accessing FITS, please download the WAR web application artifact from the FITS site here. The WAR file build artifact will no longer be contained within this GitHub site.

Pre-FITS-0.9.0

This release is to baseline FITServlet which contains FITS code that likely has either FITS version 0.8.6 or 0.8.8.
In subsequent releases the code from FITS will no longer be co-mingled with this project.

To build this project it is necessary to use Eclipse functionality.
