Issue Summary:
For the past three consecutive months, mismatches have been reported between the Collection Centre Wise Summary Report and the actual Bill Item List Report. Differences have been observed in multiple Collection Centres, including RCC158, RCC102, RCC131, RCC180, RCC265, and RCC367.

Current Observations:
December 2024: Discrepancies identified in RCC158.
January 2025: Discrepancies identified in RCC102.
February 2025: Discrepancies identified in RCC131, RCC180, RCC265, and RCC367.

Request:
