Can immunarch be applied to find overlap TCR sequence between two groups of data?

Hello!
I have been appealed by the various functions of immunarch, but I am a beginner in immunarch. I have a question about whether I can get some overlap sequence of two groups of data, like the healthy group and disease group, by immunarch? And if the answer is yes, how should I do?
I would apprecaite it if you give me some advice.
