Transfer Window Blank & Not Displaying Transfer Status

The Transfer Window is blank. Just updated to latest version and it's still blank. I tried to upload a screen recording but it would not let me. Here's a screenshot

I'm not sure this is related, but a coworker using this to upload to s3 gets this when using a drag/drop from explorer to the remote list window.
Using right-click > Upload ... from the parent folder on the remote list window works properly.
Error shown is when the "transaction" showed in the list, but failed. After restarting app, a drag/drop to the folder did not show the error and the transactions list was empty as shown by screen shot from @clreply
