I ordered the ebus adapter shield C6 and case, which arrived today.
While putting the c6 into the transparent case, the button broke off. I'm guessing the case's button was slightly depressed, thus snapping the tiny c6 button off while when I pushed it into the case.
I cannot activate the ebus access point.
What can I do? Is there any way to work around a broken button when I have no ethernet or wifi working and the first configuration was already done, so no access point either?
I was looking forward to setting it up, and waited weeks for it to arrive, so obviously now I'm sad and disappointed. I'm really hoping there's something I can do to make it work.
By using the easi> interface, the host connection needs to be set to USB.
I cannot access easi> interface though, because I cannot connect via wifi (my initial configuration didn't seem to work) or ethernet (I didn't purchase the adapter, I didn't expect to need it).

Hey everyone,
I ordered the ebus adapter shield C6 and case, which arrived today.
While putting the c6 into the transparent case, the button broke off. I'm guessing the case's button was slightly depressed, thus snapping the tiny c6 button off while when I pushed it into the case.

According to the usb instructions:
I cannot access easi> interface though, because I cannot connect via wifi (my initial configuration didn't seem to work) or ethernet (I didn't purchase the adapter, I didn't expect to need it).
