Major-version dependency on parse5@^3.0.0 is too rigid

In the past year, [email protected] was released. It seems to be compatible with your package from the testing I've done, but a reliance on exactly 3.x.x means that my dependency manager warns me constantly.

warning " > [email protected]" has unmet peer dependency "parse5@^3.0.0".

I will open a PR to fix this if I have time to verify that your tests pass.
