kops delete cluster --yes
5. What happened after the commands executed?
Kops tries to delete backend services/healthchecks it does not manage. These resources were created via our IAC, and kops delete fails because they are attached to another load balancer not associated with kops.
6. What did you expect to happen?

to display your cluster manifest.You may want to remove your cluster name and other sensitive information.

This happens if there are no backends attached to a Backend Service
