User Story: Describe the solution you'd like

  • Test embedding quality by calculating semantic similarity scores between competencies and sub-competencies.
  • Adjust hyperparameters (e.g., embedding dimensionality) to improve similarity metrics.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Hyperparameters are appropriate.
  • The accuracy scores are acceptable.
