Unable to compile TestCmdLine sample on Visual Studio 2019 #4

On VS2019, I'm getting the following compiling error. Not sure how to resolve the issue so I can run the sample:

Error Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1. TestCmdLine

Delete all the comments at the beginnings of all xaml files.
