📌 Pinned Tabs

We need them! Please! We can't live without pinned tabs 🧐

My view of pinned tabs (please add your ideas too):
0. Graphical presence:

1. Pinned tab go presented in that task where tab was pinned. Pinned tab unmovable, but can be moved as ordinary tab after unpin action.
2. To save place in tabbar, and to show it's pinned tabs, pinned tabs has tab title as showed at picture. «📌AP» for page with document.title «Awesome Page» (like avatars in socials, «Lonely Wolf» becomes LW inside circle).
3. It must has tab width too small for save place, but not to small, because user hovers tabs and must can choose a tab instead of close it with appeared close button. If you look at the attached mockup, on my screen comfortable pinned tab width is ~ 90px. I can choose it, can unpin it with featured hotkey (Alt+P, for example, by default). And I can close pinned tab with close button (red circle on mockup)
