DevDocs for mint-lang

I like to browse docs using devdocs and would appreciate if we could get mint into there.

The benefit is that devdocs is compatible with a lot of tools (for example, you can search & browse content inside Emacs) and it allows you to collect docs from all your relevant APIs, libraries, language features, etc into one place.

The project has a guide for adding docs.
