Database within content registry not loading #7

I'm having issues starting the mongo container on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS using the docker CLI. I'm getting the following error:

mongodb  | /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: running /docker-entrypoint-initdb.d/mongo_import.sh
mongodb  | /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: line 388: /docker-entrypoint-initdb.d/mongo_import.sh: Permission denied
mongodb exited with code 0

In addition, the username and password from the .env file don't appear to be loading. I'm unable to log into the mongo db with these credentials.
